I'm Alexandra Muennich. I've spent seven years in full-cycle recruiting across Europe, the UK, the Nordics and the US, all in-house, with a sales career behind it, from first-hire startups to teams hiring forty people a quarter. I've run 3 to 14 open roles at once, hit offer acceptance rates of 80 to 90%, and cut time-to-hire by around 25% at my last company. I speak fluent Spanish and English, so calls and documents can be in either.
Which means I've read the CV that got binned in nine seconds, sat in the debrief where a good candidate lost on one bad answer, and written the offer that got countered. Nobody tells candidates any of it. That's the part I found unfair enough to build a practice around.
I work with a small number of people at a time, one to one, fully remote. If your search needs something I can't help with, I'll tell you on the first call.
