01. Who is responsible for your data

Alexandra Muennich, based in Spain, is the data controller for this site and for the services booked through it. You can reach me at muennich.alexandra@gmail.com.

02. What data is collected

The details you send through the booking form: your name, your email address, whether you are a candidate or a company, and what you write about where you are stuck.

Any documents you choose to share, such as a CV or a job description.

Payment data, handled by the payment provider. Card details are never seen or stored on this site.

03. Why it is used

To reply to you, to arrange and run the sessions or the hiring work, and to issue invoices and keep the records the law requires.

Your data is never sold, and it is never used for advertising.

04. Legal basis

Performing the contract you asked for, complying with legal accounting duties, and my legitimate interest in answering the messages you send me.

05. Where it is stored

This site and its data are hosted with [Lovable / Supabase]. Email is handled by my email provider. Payments are processed by Stripe.

06. How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Documents such as your CV can be deleted on request, or once the service is completed. Invoices are kept for the period required by Spanish tax law.

07. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, at any time, by writing to muennich.alexandra@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority.

08. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version and its date will be published on this page.
