The Data Controller processes your personal data for the following purposes:

To manage requests for information, enquiries or communications made through the website.

To provide professional support and guidance services to candidates.

To manage recruitment processes entrusted by client companies.

To manage the job pool or Talent Pool, allowing candidates’ professional profiles to be assessed for future recruitment processes.

To manage and monitor contractual and commercial relationships.

To send informational or commercial communications relating to the services offered by the Data Controller.

External payment service providers and collaborating financial institutions may be involved in managing payments for contracted services. When any of these payment methods are used, the user may be redirected to the relevant platform, which will process the data required to manage the transaction in accordance with its own terms of use and privacy policies.

03. How long will we retain your data?

Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.

For clients, the data will be retained while the contractual relationship remains in force and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.

For candidates included in the job pool or Talent Pool, CV data will be retained for a maximum of twelve (12) months from receipt or from the latest CV update.

04. What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?

The legal basis for processing your data will depend on the specific purpose. In general, processing will be based on the performance of a contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject, the consent given by the data subject, the Data Controller’s legitimate interest in managing recruitment processes, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.

05. Who are the recipients of your personal data?

Personal data may be disclosed to client companies when necessary to manage recruitment processes in which the candidate participates. It may also be disclosed to public administrations and competent authorities where there is a legal obligation. No other disclosures to third parties will take place unless required by law or necessary to provide the service.

06. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

The data subject may withdraw consent to processing at any time.

Everyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning them.

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data and to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances, data subjects may request restriction of the processing of their data, in which case we will retain it only for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

In certain circumstances and on grounds relating to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. We will stop processing the data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of possible legal claims.

All data requested through the website is mandatory because it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the user. If all data is not provided, the provider cannot guarantee that the information and services supplied will fully meet the user’s needs.

Users may also unsubscribe from any subscription service by clicking the unsubscribe option in any email sent by the provider.

The provider has adopted all necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and integrity of the personal data it processes and to prevent its loss, alteration and/or access by unauthorised third parties.

07. Use of cookies

A cookie is a file downloaded to your computer when you access certain web pages. Among other things, cookies allow a website to store and retrieve information about a user’s or device’s browsing habits and, depending on the information they contain and how the device is used, they may be used to recognise the user.

Cookies used for either of the following purposes are exempt from the obligations established in Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSICE): Criterion A: solely enabling communication between the user’s device and the network. Criterion B: strictly providing a service expressly requested by the user.

Exempt cookies therefore include those used for user input, session-only authentication or user identification, user security, multimedia player sessions, load balancing, user-interface personalisation, and social content-sharing plug-ins.

08. IP addresses

The website servers may automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. This information is recorded in a duly registered server activity file and processed solely to obtain statistical measurements, including page impressions, visits to website services, visit order and access points.

The website uses generally accepted information-security techniques, including firewalls, access-control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, to prevent unauthorised access to data. To achieve these purposes, the user or client accepts that the provider may obtain data for the corresponding authentication of access controls.

Any process involving the entry of highly sensitive personal data (health, ideology, etc.) will always be transmitted through a secure communication protocol (https://…) with an SSL certificate, so that no third party can access the information transmitted electronically.
