We find out why you're not getting called back, then fix that first. Usually it's one thing, not everything.
CV & profile
We rewrite it together so a recruiter sees why you fit in the first nine seconds, and every line survives a follow-up question.
Interviews
We practise the real questions out loud, screens and panels both, so your answers stay clear when it actually counts.
Negotiation
What to ask for, what the role is worth, and the words to use when they push back. Base is only part of it.
How it runs
Sessions are 60 minutes, remote, in English or Spanish. Messages in between for the things that can't wait, like a recruiter screen tomorrow or a salary question today.
I take a small number of clients at a time, so there's a waiting list more often than not. The intro call is free either way, and I will be honest about whether I can help.
